What You'll Do

• Design visual assets across alongside the Design Foundations team, including icons, illustrations, product UI assets, and other product related visuals.
• Help evolve and apply Superhuman's visual identity system across typography, color, layout, and brand expression.
• Develop concepts from creative briefs to final handoff with design quality and speed.
• Partner with product design teams to expand and align the visual language.
• Maintain organized, handoff-ready files and contribute to shared design libraries.
• Participate in design crits and provide feedback to improve the work.

You May Be a Good Fit If You…

• Have 4+ years of experience in visual, brand, or marketing design, with a portfolio that demonstrates range from design/brand systems work to expressive digital product or brand design.
• Are expert-level in Figma and have strong knowledge of design systems, component libraries, and scalable visual frameworks.
• Have a strong eye for typography, layout, color, and iconography.
• Are comfortable working independently and managing priorities across multiple projects.
• Are detail-oriented and methodical in organizing design files for handoff.
